The ServiceCamp is a “workplace” that introduces and trains new and familiar tools to shape the future in order to develop and optimize new business models. In the focus is always the interface with the customer – with tasks from service, sales and marketing.

Speakers from the ISS International School of Service Management introduce selected topics, methods and tools. This is followed by group workshops to work on specific tools, methods and topics. The presentation of the results and discussion in plenary meeting conclude the day.
